well i would be looking for one preferably under 10,000 miles, dont they all come with the xenon lights and steering wheel controls?, im not a huge audiophile so im sure the non bose would suffice for now. I dont really care about all the other added options. I just want the power of the car and I think its beautiful. I would add my own wheels later also.

For relatively new cars, used prices suck. Dealers sell them for almost as much as new. You won't save $5 K off a G37 that isn't 1 yr old. Invoice on a base G37 is about $32 K (which is what people are now paying for new). So to save $5 K would mean $27 K. The way dealers overprice relatively new used cars, the best deal you'd get would be $30 K IMO.

They will be hard to find. Your best bet is to just wait a while or suck it up and get a new one.
