Is this a good deal for G37

hello..I got a price quote from Parkaway Infiniti in SoCal for
08 g37 Journey (auto trans)
Premium pack
Sport pack
Rear spoiler
and slash guard
truck mat
cargo net
For $38544-$500 cash rebate = $38044

Is that a good deal?

haha..probably not... I just got quoted $100 under invoice (that includes the $500 incentive towards new Infiniti buyers). I was in and out of the dealership in about 20 minutes. I think I can definitely get an even better deal if I shop around a bit. I'll keep you guys posted.
