Lol anyway so how much did all of you pay "out of pocket?"

I am only 19 so my mom usually does the leasing but this time i did all the research and figured my payment will be around 528 (including 6 percent sales tax)Based on these numbers which i confirmed with my local dealer.

Msrp about 41,100 For G37 Journy W/ Prem and Navigation
I figured they could go down to about 37,800 - 500 Lease incentive 37,300

24 Month – Residual 70% of MSRP – .00217 Base Rate (15k Miles)
For one what is Invoice on this vehicle???

And for two what should i expect to pay UPFRONT out the door (putting zero down)

well considering i manage all four stores my family owns, do all of our orders & inventory management, work like a slave, yada yada the list goes on... you could say me but technically its coming out of her pocket.. Were a family its the SAME pocket, at least thats how we look at it. So back to my question what are the out of pocket fees!?

 

I paid 0 out of pocket. Infiniti owner loyalty rebate ($1000) took care of any fees that I didn't roll into the lease and the first month's payment. Seems they collected too much from me anyhow... just got a check for just under $100 from the dealer last week.

so just from these two post it seems to hover around 1k. This is including your FIRST month as well correct?
