Best Deal

Here is the deal from Harper Infiniti, in Tennessee. I think its the best deal I've received so far... do you guys think I could get better?

I have coming in the next few days a Black/Graphite Leather with premium, navigation, and cargo net. I can sell this car for $39,100 with no processing fee and if you own a car(you do not have to trade it in) you'll get additional $500 off so that would bring your total $38,600 with no fees.

The other deal that I have gotten recently is....

Alright, I found only one option out of state that was in the colors/equipment that you're looking for. It's a vibrant red with graphite equipped with navigation, premium and tech. I'm not even sure if the dealer would be willing to give it up since they are hard to come by, but assuming I could get it here's probably the best case scenario for pricing. I'll just be upfront with MSRP vs. Invoice.

The MSRP of this vehicle is $42,815 and Invoice is $39,047. So that's $3768 in profit. Being a vehicle that's in limited supply I think a very fair price is splitting that difference which would be a discount of $1884 which would put your price at $40,931.
So, that's what I would consider a very fair price for that vehicle considering it could easily draw sticker price for lack of availability. Let me know what you think...

If they didn't have to do anything special to get it (ie get it from another dealer far away), then there's really no reason for you to overpay. It's just an excuse dealers use to rip you off. You should not pay more than $500 over invoice for any in-stock car they have (the car will be in-stock once they get it).

I got my car for $500 under invoice (no, that's not a typo). The only reason I don't give the dealer's name is I don't wanna give them free advertising until I receive the car & am satisfied with the whole process (car is being shipped to Canada).
