Asking if you are getting a good price here might not be the best thing. Asking for advice might be better. If $40,825 sounds good for you and you can afford it then get it. As far as if it is a good price, you have to consider what other people are getting on this forum and a lot of people have been getting invoice to $1000 above invoice. I would recommend going in to the dealership and haggle with them. Ask to see the invoice receipt they get (the one with the seal on it because "some" dealers like to copy the invoice and mark up prices) and work off the price on there. It all comes down to how bad you want the car, how much you want to pay, and how long your willing to wait for it.

yea, I got 500+invoice a month ago. I think right now you can get invoice in CA. Be sure to shop around and negotiate.

Everything? off the top of my head that's a premium, nav, spash guards, trunk and cargo mat. God i've looked at prices so often now I see an MSRP price and I know what options it has...

It's missing a spoiler, tech package, kick plates, and 4-wheel steer

I think you could do better. Invoice on that car sound be around $38000 and that's pretty much what you should be paying because of the $500 incentive rebate or $1000 if you're currently an Infiniti owner.

check edmunds.com for more information on invoice and rebate info.
