Lease Deal, What do you think?
G37 Sport + Premium -
Cap Cost including acq fee: $39,164
MF: 0.00285 reduced to .00195 with 10 SDs
Resid: 62% (15,000 miles/year)
Additional 3,000 miles/yr: $900
Monthly Payment (excluding local tax and reg): $567
Other than the negotiated price, it seems reasonable. What do you all think?
Thanks.

This is with zero cap reduction, the security deposit is 10x the $567. In addition to that, there's about $400 due at signing for registration, etc. So it comes to about $6K initially, but I should get most of that back at the end. By the way, this is for a 36 month lease.
I agreed to a lease today for a similarly configured car, 6 spd sport with Premium, Splash Guards, Trunk Net and Spoiler. For 36 months, 10k miles per year. I will pay $605 with taxes (7.4% here) and all fees etc. My only out of pocket is first month's payment of $605. This seems to be a good deal and I pick up next week.
The best deal I could have done on a BMW 335i coupe similarly equiped was $759/mo plus $1900 out of pocket. Tough choice, but it came down to better value, nicer interior, better reliability ratings (and experience) and almost equal ride/handling to the Bimmer, though the latter felt quicker. While I was signing papers, St. Louis' top sports news anchor was picking up his black G37s.

It was Bommarito, as I bought my '04 G35 from them and four Nissans from their sister dealership. I think Plaza might not give as good a deal, but the sales person I spoke to their was disappointed in how slow the cars were moving and the fact that most of 'his' buyers wanted AWD. So you might get a good deal.
My SA at Bommarito is Julie Reese (Internet mgr) and I will be picking my car up on Wednesday. She told me my deal was good, due in part to my buying power and I bought it on the last day of the month. Supposedly there is a big incentive drive in Sept. PM me if you have any further questions and good luck. BTW Bommarito has ~ 30 G37's on their lot, vs about 10-12 for Plaza.
