I traded in my Car for $29k and decided to pay off the balance. I didn't think it made sense to lease with such a large downpayment. From what I remembered the financing cost were not that difference.

Here's quick quote, based on 36 month finance;

interest rate is at 6.5% (same for 48 and 60)

20k down, ur lookin at around 1150/month

25k down, it came out to be around 1050/month

if you want more info, call dealership nearby...or to myself :P

I am at infiniti of yorkville, look for Jino or Gino..

$63K.... HOLY #@$%!!! Go to the US and get one fully loaded for $45K + 6% import tax + 6% GST + 7%pst = $53K Canadian dollars!

90% of Canadian Infiniti dealers are within miles of the US border. They'd better come up with better pricing.

yea, the $63K after taxe is absolutely ridiculous. You're right, most large cities in Ontario are within a few hours of the US.

that is exactly what my parents are advising me to do.. I'm thinking of purchasing the car in the US...since the US and canadian doller is at par right now(i think??).. buffalo is around 2.5 hour drive.. if it's just 53k then its well worth the hassle.. if i do purchase a car in the US.. i can get my service done in a dealership in Ontario right? appreciate the help.. thanks

I don't know how Nissan works things.... but I don't see why they wouldn't service your car in Canada - even warranty work. How would they know that you didn't live in Canada when you bought the car. The service desk and the sales desk at most dealerships never talk to eachother anyway.

I haven't seen any official Canadian pricing as yet, though, so I can't say with any certainty what the difference is.

this must be the first day that they've had the G37 on the Canadian site. $10k more than the US price. ouch.

The nav package is part of the High Technology package

What is the 3 coat paint and why is it available for only a few colours?
