Here are pics now that they're all on and aligned... I finally found someone who can do alignments well and even better the person is in my city and the price is under $100.

He got the front to 0.06 toe on each side and the reading shows -2.1 camber on left and -2.5 on right but looks the same. I think something is wrong with how it's reading. He definitely knows what he's doing.
The rear is at 0.14 toe on each side and -2.4 camber.
Reminder on suspension mods: BC-Racing BR divorced coilovers, Z1 rear camber arms, SPC toe bolts and Z1 eccentric lockout plates.

Specs:
18x8.5 +25 effective with 245/45/18
18x9.5 +38 with 275/40/18

Taking around 40 lbs off all 4 corners combined.

Yes, 30 lbs for all 4 corners combined in terms of weight reduction compared to stock rotors.

 

Not normally a fan of aftermarket wheels, but I really like those...

 

So the wheels weren't flush in the front because the cutouts on Fitment Industry's wheels aren't enough. They put holes in the cutouts for factory studs but made the holes so small that the factory studs won't go through. I had to add my old 5 mm slip-on spacers on top of the 10 mm bolt-on spacers I had to buy to get the wheels to sit flush.

So an additional 10 mm was needed to fit the wheels on this car... despite FI's claims that their own wheel would fit with 5mm of spacers. They've failed at their entire purpose.
