$13 is a small price to pay for having a set of wheels that you want as opposed to searching/settling for the nismo wheels.
My wheels actually clear the brakes but I added a 3mm spacer just for piece of mind.
But I guess the only issue would be if 5mm isn't enough to clear for the +35 and you wouldn't actually know this until after you actually had the wheels.. I can understand that being too big of an experiment.

Well you guys just changed my mind... I guess I can run a spacer up front. I really want the Work T7Rs in GT Silver. I will call Work Wheels USA later today to see what size spacer I will need to clear the fronts. The rears poke out more naturally, right? Who knows the exact differences?

No harm in asking, however before actually purchasing spacers, get the wheels on the car and assess things. Try not to be too freaked out by close tolerances, because you only need a couple mm for clearance. (Not that I take my own advice, but there it is anyway.)
And if you haven't already, it's a good time to familiarize yourself with the difference between traditional spacers and spacer adapters.
What sucks is that I called both Work USA and SSR. Neither of their 19x9.5 +35 wheels will clear the front Akebono calipers. I really don't want to run a +25 cause that means no 255/40 up front unless I run some camber.
So my best option is 19x9.5 +40 15+ NISMO wheels.
I'm really surprised the T7Rs won't clear, and they should be a 19x9.5 +38, and the SSRs that's even more surprising, as we had a member running 18x9.5 +45s on his sedan (GTV03 wheels) and having less barrel room and an even more conservative offset and they still cleared. https://www.myg37.com/forums/build-t...ml#post3890065
Zahy, might contact Ravspec, they deal w/ Akebonos on a daily basis and might have a better idea, sometimes the manufacturers are quite a bit off and what will & what won't work.

That's most likely what I'll do.

Wow, thank you! I really appreciate it.

That came as a surprise to me as well. As for the SSRs, I always see pictures of them posted on cars with either Brembo or StopTech BBK. HOpefully RavSpec will have a good answer for me.
5mm seems to the be the max spacing and still get enough turns on the lug nuts, but also depends on how thick the seats are in the wheels, so this is one of those YMMV situations for sure.
Nice find! You'll have poke at the fender w/ those offsets but 245/40 front 265/35 rear should get you tucking into the fenders, and worst case might have to flat roll the front fenders (like they are done already in the back), this is a simple job vs. something like a fender pull. Could run a 275/35 rear with camber in the -2 range.
