Picked the car up from Vilar Auto Body in Linden, NJ today. Had the bumper repainted (peeling), grille redone (overspray), foglight bezels in matte black, license plate holes filled and my headlights re-cleared. Paid $600 and their work is top-notch.
What happened, Z? Run out of things to do with the car?
Sorry to see you go, but you sure have been quiet for a while. One thing's for sure, whoever picks it up will have found one helluva G.

I got the sudden urge to buy a truck in the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure what it is but I found myself hauling a lot of stuff around recently. I'm tired of struggling to get over driveways and stuff with the G but that's about it.

Okay guys, I changed my mind. I do want to make my ride more comfortable and quiet in the G though.
Any recommendations? First step is replacing the Bridgestone Pole Positions and maybe redoing my suspension setup... Also might swap the stock cats back in. I don't really care about the marginal power difference anyways.
Might look into sound deadening, think there's something in the DIY folder. Glad to have you back!
That's a great recommendation. Plenty of opportunities for research. It will keep you busy, and is an inexpensive project relative to all the other projects you've taken on, Z.
