Agree, such a nice looking combo all around! FWIW, we would never know there were imperfections
Now get those caps damnit!

It kind of looks like the decal isn't lined up on that front brake, but IDK really. The red certainly commands attention. Surface rust is building up really fast on the hats... what's up with that?

And yeah, caps. You need caps.

Fitment and stance is excellent, Z.

I sprayed down my wheel wells yesterday to clean off my suspension components since they've been on the car for nearly 2,000 miles now. I'm assuming that's what the surface rust on the rotors is from.

If neither of those work out, see if someone parting out a wrecked G/if a local junk yard has a G they'd probably part with the caps for dirt cheap.

I kinda dig the Nissan caps honestly.

Also, installed my R2C Black hex panel filters. Haven't driven the car enough to notice a difference. ECUTEK this Saturday though!

Got the car tuned today with EcuTek by Ray over at RZG Motorsports in New Bern, NC. AAM HFC installed as well to be paired with my Fast Intentions 2.5" catback, R2C drop-ins and CZP silicone intake tubes. Had a street tune done so no numbers yet. Car definitely pulls harder for sure so I'm guessing it made a decent amount of power with the upgrades + the tune. Very satisfied, will have sound clips of the AAM HFC and 2 step launch control up sometime this week.

Went back to stock sway bars since the Hotchkis made the ride much harsher when paired with my coilovers and SPL front and rear control arms. I'll ride it out for a couple of days to see how I like it.

Also fixed a slight exhaust leak I had with RTV Copper sealant.

Flat cornering and comfort will be hard to accomplish in a 40k sedan with aftermarket parts lol Sways are the easiest to swap out tho, good luck with the experiment!

Why would you blame swaybars for a harsh ride?

I mean, good luck with whatever it is you're trying to accomplish, but you'd have to pry the sways out of my cold dead hands in order to get me to give them up. Rev-matching into a sweeping turn and powering out is one of the absolute joys of driving this car. Go back to OEM swaybars, and the car will roll into turns like a boat. Well, maybe not a "boat" per se, but certainly not in keeping with the power and handing your car is capable of.

Not to mention all the understeer you're re-introducing.

I don't get it, Z.

I suspect it's the coilovers and not the sways, but ditching those would be a more costly and time consuming effort.

Bummer your setup isn't working out as planned. Good luck....

Z does have about 20%/30% more front/rear spring than you do, so that will change things up a bit.
