Damnnn Kenny! Crazy how much change your car has gone through recently. Definitely one of the nicest looking g's around in my opinion, looking forward to what lies ahead.

Beautiful sounding exhaust (I'm a huge fan of those burnt tips!) and proper looking headlights. Are you planning to wrap the splitter again to cover up the cracks, or just scrap it and buy a new one?

Ugly, racerboy tips and fitment would certainly be an issue for me, but man oh man that ARK Grip burble is a delightful thing.

Sexy sounding exhaust, Kenny.

Sounds very nice bro! I like those lights. I may be asking for some information on them.

It's not like I haven't given this a lot of thought, Kenny. Maybe more than it deserves, LOL.

The Motordyne Shockwave and the ARK Grip both use the Helmholtz Resonator design, and I think it's the most amazing sound that can be had from our cars. Second to that (in my estimation) would be the GT Haus Meisterschaft, and third on my list would be Fast Intentions.

The first two have (hearsay) fitment issues and ugly oversized tips. If you can mitigate the fitment, and replace the tips... it's a win. The Meisterschaft is crazy expensive, and a little raspy, IMO. But still sexy and exotic. That leaves FI as my exhaust of choice on these cars.

Ideally, I'd like the pipes from the Meisterschaft setup, designed with Helmholtz resonators, ending up with Sebring Tuning cans and tips. That would be the perfect Frankenstein exhaust, IMO.

After reading with what you wrote I couldn't agree more on every aspect but for one. I don't think that these tips are over sized at all. Unless I'm just blinded by the fact that my diffuser is literally covering them up to where you can't see them on my car lol

For the most part, I think the differences in where we draw the line on exhaust tip size is a Coupe vs. Sedan thing.

Also, for about three years I had custom tips welded to the OEM exhaust, and I learned my lesson on single-wall tips. IMO, they really ought to be beveled or rolled. Ideally, if I could have the same design Sebring Tuning resonated tips that I have, but in 4.5" x 3.25" oval, that would be perfect.

Very clean car. Those headlight looks sick, want to see a picture with the headlight on. Sorry about your splitter and more time in the shop =/

Ark exhaust right after install on my g37x coupe. Not fully broken in. - YouTube

Very nice growl to it. Almost like the stock G35 exhaust. I miss that sound!
