Lug nuts for a different thread pattern

When I get new wheels my cousin wants my current ones for his 2014 Elantra, lug pattern is the same but the thread size is m12x1.5 instead of 1.25. can anyone direct me to lug nuts that would fit Infiniti wheels with a 1.5 thread size? I seen Toyota uses similar lug nuts but some said they didn't seat right.

you just need mag-style (shank-style with washers instead of acorns) lugs with that thread pitch. Amazon would hook you up with multiple choices.

Also be aware of the hub hole size - that might not fit either. Google both cars wheel specs and you should be able to figure it out.

Found out Toyota lug nuts will work. Never thought about the hub hole being different. Reckon I'll find out about that.
