Front end clunk

2011 stock convertible auto, base brakes.
Got a good deal on some wheels/tires and was told would fit this car.
Wheels:19 x 8.5" X4
Offset: 35 MM
Tires: PZero 255 x 40 x 19" X4
So when turning left or right 7/8 to full turn I get a horrendous clunking sound. Not just a minor tire rub but way louder. Anywhere from 5 MPH To 30 MPH. So harsh I can feel it in the steering wheel and feels like the wheels are coming off.
There are no marks on the tires and no marks on front assy.
I've had it in to two shops and they say tires are too large and are fighting each other(?) and nothing wrong with front end. I've never felt this clunking before and have owned other brands of modified cars.
Anybody have any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thx,
Daryl

Are you using the correct lug nuts? Are the wheels 5x114.3?

These are aftermarket wheels? Not OEM? Did the lug nuts come with the wheels?

Did you check the bore of the wheels versus the hub? You might need hub ring adapters.

Yes aftermarket-Ruffino Bronze edition.
Bought them at a Wheel and tire shop who installed them.
Came with Hub centric rings. When I removed the wheels everything looked as it should.
Nuts came with the wheels and are the same color.
