Remove front sway bar for drag racing

Has anyone here done that and what results did you get from it?

weight transfer I have done it on Mustangs Just wondering if anyone had done it on these G Sedans before

Theoretically, it would help transfer more weight to the rear wheels more evenly because you're not picking up one of the front wheels as much.

With DR's or slicks, maybe this would make some small difference. Plus you're taking like 10LB out of the car.

It takes like 15 mins to remove the swaybar though, right? Give'r a go...idk...

I sure will! here is my best pass down the 1/8th mile track so far. Only my 4th run. Car 32. I am also moving to smaller/iighter 215/45/40 tires on the front, with wider 240AA treadwear 275/40/17 Tires in the rear. It should go quicker on my next outing!

The results for the amount of work it requires is negligible, even in your case.
That's unless if your goal is personal improvements
