Steels rims for 18 inch

Now that the Akebono were installed, its the time to search for some steel rims since we have harsh winters in Ontario. I have done some research about those famous steal rims for akebono. Some people say its a lost cause, some say it its hard to find. etc. I have called some tire shop online from the U.S and some say they do not make them for 18 inch rims for big brakes.
I have seen a post on here stating that some people were able to find the 18 steel rims for the akebono but I wanted to know if these will fit.

I have found this link on amazon and it stated that it will work for big brakes but : "Notes: 18" Steel Wheel, BASE MODEL - SPORT - X~WHEEL SIZE: 18"X7"~WHEEL BOLT PATTERN: 5X114.3 - WHEEL OFFSET: 40 - WHEEL HUB BORE: 71.5 MM~MAY REQUIRE INSTALLATION HARDWARE"
what kind of special hardware are they talking about ?? are they talking about spacers?
Amazon Amazon

I have found this on carid regarding the SW60 and those too fits but do not have the specs at all

I found this on ebay also from vision with the specs and it seems like we have a winner

I have found this add on kijjiji, they use them on an Q5 and it seems to be close to what I am looking for but I do not know a lot about offset . but it seems that the requirement are the same 18X7 ... but not to sure about the offset.
would you guys think that will be correct to get ?
I would have to drive out of town to get them 45 min to go get them.

Thank you in advance.
