Should I schedule a return for mine? 3/4 are like this. Out of the box they were super bent inward and when I bent them back to straight it left a gap between the boot and bolt. I’m thinking grease will be able to escape from this.

fill it up with some grease it should pop the sides out. Or pull it up with the finger nails if anything. If it is just not working you can apply some heat onto it to soften the rubber to place it in its place or return it and get some replacements. I had to get a replacement because one of them had a big tear.

I messed with the bolt, wiggled it around and pulled the boot up in its place. It looks to be okay now, I’m gonna fill it up with grease before installation though. Not sure how it’s gonna hold but they’re cheap enough we’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the help

Yeah after that just grease it up every oil change or every other if you’re lazy like me.
