Exclamation Front End Squeak

so guy looking for some assistance here with this problem that started as soon as i changed my springs and struts. I changed out out the struts for oem kyb's matched up with sport swift springs got front and rear kits as well so the spc upper control arm and the rear arm with bolts. The rear is perfect no sounds but the front end is where there seems to be this squeak kind of like a rubbery squishy squeak that happens when going over a bump or imperfection on the road but at a certain angle because its not literally over each bump that it makes the sound. I have already changed the rubber bushings for the sway bar with no change. The strut mount was replaced as well also mechanic states he used the rubber mount from the top part etc. What can be the cause guys i am really at lost here?
Going to have mechanic pre load the suspension before tightening the control arm to body as i read a post on here that touched on that possibly causing similar symptom. I dont know if my mechanic pre loaded suspension prior to tightening the spc control arm to body of car.

did you grease the sway bar bushing when you reinstalled them? its important to do this with the proper grease (waterproof and or Hotchkis/energy grease or equivilant super tacky grease).

also check to make sure bolts on the control arms at the busing and the end links are correctly torqued and not binding from being over torqued

i thought the factory bushing for the sways bars didn't need greasing only the aftermarket ones? but if that is the case ill slap some grease on them. front end links are good no clunking metals sounds going on this sound is more of rubbery sound

when you lower the car if you don't switch the endlinks to adjustable ones and align the swaybar to eliminate the preload it will be putting pressure on the bushings and endlinks differently than before. ...just a good idea to grease the bushings at that point even if the rubber didnt need them before cause you're not set up under stock sway bar parameters anymore and it may be the cause

just another thought...check to see if the damper nut is loose too thats a common thing when people take the suspension apart and end up with noises.....its very hard to tighten correctly...the good news is that on the front you can do it without taking anything apart from under the hood...it may just be a matter of a half a turn to go form a lot of noise to none..

anyways good luck

All bushings need grease just some aftermarket ones have zirc fittings for a grease gun so you dont have to remove the bracket to lube them

the damper nut is the nut at the top of the strut/damper (on KYBs and coils, its all the same)...when oyu take the damper out of the box its included in a little plastic bag on..... the front suspension when you open the hood you can see it sticking out through the holes in the strut tower between the three bolts where the strut connects to the bodey of the car.

the only adjustable front endlinks I know of for the the G are from SPL but they are very expensive...suspension squeaks can be very nuanced and the actual cause can vary greatly form car to car...better to start with the free and easy option before throwing parts at it...greas the bushings, check the torque o f bolts arounds bushings etc....godo luck

so i greased the bushing with some silicone oil/lubricant and it worked for most part there is a very minor minor squeashy sound and its only when going over certain bumps, but the squeak sound is gone.
So i guess that is the problem when lowering this seems to be common thing. The question is will changing them for polyurethane or prothane ones that come with the grease cure this problem ?

all bushings need lube with correct lube and once they start to fail replace all in that assembly and lube the hell out of the new ones
