Wheel Fitment Question (noob) pls help :)

Hi guys, first time buying wheels here.

I have 2012 G37 Journey coupe lowered about 1.5" on coilovers. I am replacing the 18" stock OEM wheels

Looking at getting new tires and rims will this fit with no rubbing and what not, looking for a flush fit

Wheels: 4 of 19"x8.5" +35 offset (https://www.carid.com/niche-wheels/m...311731061.html)

What tire size should i go with?

CarID is saying i should get

front: 225/45r19 Y
Rear: 245/50zr19

Run 245/40/19s all around, don't run the setup that was recommended. Also be sure to get new tapered/conical seat lug nuts 12x1.25 thread, and hub adapter rings (not sure on Niche but the Inifiniti bore is 66.1mm), and if your Niche have a 73.1mm bore then you need a 73.1 to 66.1mm adapter ring set.
