Just ordered the new Michelin CrossClimate+, Road Force balance?

Just ordered these the other day from TireRack. We live in a snowy climate but the car never gets driven in heavy snow at all. After a nightmare experience with Dunlop tires I figured I'd pony up and spend the extra for Michelin, apparently they are the best? I've had Road Force balancing done before, with very mixed results. It seems many places don't know how to use the machine or even take the extra time to do the entire procedure. The place I had them sent is highly reputable and has had one of these machines for many years. From what I have heard, the lower RF number the better? I want to greatly reduce the chances of me coming back because of a vibration, should I ask them to get them as low as possible? 10 pounds seems to be the sweet spot, meaning if the tires cannot be match-mounted to this amount of RF or better, they can have ride quality issues. Anything I should ask them or tell them ahead of time? Do my TPMS sensors need to be rebuilt at the same time?
