2013 G37xS Sedan, how much to replace all rotors and pads?

I have a 2013 G37xS sedan (base brakes) and I am at 29,800 miles. I took my car to Nissan for the 30,000 mile service and they said I have 4mm left on the front and 3mm left on the rear. They said it is not medal on medal but it is getting closer to needing to be changed.

How much should I expect to pay for OEM Nissan pads/rotors and to get them replaced? I do not have the breakdown with me as it is at home. But, the combination of parts and labor came to around $1,200. Is that the going rate for OEM pads and rotors and Nissan putting them on?

Any time you take it to a dealership, it feels like you need to add on $200-300 in bull****. I got new brakes on my rears (after labor all said and done) for $450-$480. Double that for all 4 and you're looking at about $900. I went through an auto body shop that I've been to before (near Boston, MA).

Are you confident that you need rotors? 30k miles and one set of pads seems a bit soon to need rotors assuming they are not warped.
