Brake Caliper Bolt Sizes

Does anyone happen to know what size the bolts for the brake calipers are? I need to tap the threads on some of the holes for all three sized bolts (to the car, and the ones holding the front and rear calipers together).

I am pretty sure the bolts attached to the car are M14 x 1.50, but I can't find anything here, in the FSM, or anywhere else online for the sizes holding the two halves together; even my local dealer wasn't able to find anything.

Any help is much appreciated. I'm trying to be extra careful so I don't ruin the calipers.

M8-1.25 x 25

ultra late response but thought i’d answer as i can’t get a clear answer anywhere else. it’s M8-1.25 x 25 (it’s 13mm in diameter if you need that too)

recently had the top bolt of the caliper fall off while driving as i didn’t torque it to spec (don’t be me.) ran all around town but lowe’s has a system to measure it and after buying them they fit just like OEM.
