Sport coupe wheels and tire setup question..help!

staggered setup or not???? Ok experts...real world! Is it really necessary to have the staggered wheels on the sport? what do you really gain? you lose all the flexibility of rotating wheels and tires..... does the sport have differently tuned suspension exactly for the wider tires in back??? wouldn't a 18 or 19 inch setup with maybe 245s all around be pretty much as effective??? and look good?Thoughts?

Square set is perfectly fine. There is a stickied thread at the top of this forum where hundreds of people discuss going square.

There is a small handling benefit from the stagger but going square handles just fine for folks who don't drive hard.

And depending on your style of driving... square works fine for those who do drive hard as well.

If the stagger was more significant the differences would be more pronounced such as a little quicker turn-in, the coupe 1/2" stagger really isn't even worth effort to make a staggered set
