G37 Fitment 245 275 on BC Coilovers

I have a 09 g37s coupe on 245/40 front and 275/35 rear, 19x8.5 +15 offset all around on BC Racing Coilovers. I raised the rear all the way to maximum height, but still rubs on pot holes. Im not sure if its the 275 tire, the +15 offset. I was recommended trimming my inner fender linings, smaller tire, and even camber kit to get negative camber. Im not sure what my best option is. I want to lower my car even more down the line after the rear rub is fixed, cause riding at maximum height kinda sucks.
