Having the same dilemma as an upgrade from my Basis Zs. I'm leaning towards the Flex Zs as they have stiffer springs (12K/10K) vs the BR's out of the box (10K/8K) and my Basis Zs (9K/8K). They are also a little cheaper and are EDFC compatible. From my 10K or so miles on the Basis Zs, I think for the G's weight and the ride heights most people settle on (~26.25 FTG) we need stiffer rates and very high quality shocks.

I've also owned BC. Not bad when paired with swift springs but that takes them into tein mono range

Only problem with the Flex Zs is they've got really bad reviews here

But I think part of that may have been setup, and part of that may have been roads. If you have bad roads all coilovers are going to ride like ***. When I took my bone stock 350Z up to NYC I was cringing and crying over the bumps. Down here in NC though my Z and G on coils ride fine. Something to think about

I'm going with those teins myself I'm going to use a G meter and a decibel meter to compare Changes against the stock sport suspension.

Also I've got the subframe inserts coming as well and transmission mount.

I'll take before and after data on each item and post results later
