Power Steering Rack

On one of my multi-point inspections I was told that I had a power steering rack leak and the only way to solve this issue would be to replace the whole unit for a whopping $2100 including labor. I've held off on giving it anymore major attention other than checking the reservoir since I've had no issues with steering yet. Has anyone else had experience with this issue.

I haven't personally seen it myself in the engine bay nor on the ground and the reservoir seems to be at normal levels for now.

Just continue to check the fluid level and if you are losing fluid it's prob spilling under the car. Not really unsafe to drive but might just be hard to turn the wheel when the fluid gets real low
