Just went to Napa Auto and Tirecraft, they say it is cosmetic damage that I don't have to worry about it. I just bought these not long ago, really hope what they said is true.

Lol, no I have my own parking lot at work and at home. I always park the furthest in the mall to avoid door dings.

That would be a form of vandalism. If you have a low/no deductible on comp, make a police report, then an insurance claim. If not, I'd replace. Last thing you want is a blow out.

If it bothers you and it's not compromised use some rubber patch adhesive like they use to repair a flat else buy new tires

That type of damage looks familiar. I doubt someone cut your tire.
Same type of damage happened to my tire LINK

+100 to this^^^. Do NOT drive on that tire or try to repair it -- get it replaced! You don't mess around with sidewall damage -- if that tire blows out at 70 MPH you could wreck the car and seriously injure yourself or someone else.

EDIT:

Also, I have seen a sidewall split like that occur from a severe tire impact (e.g., hitting a large pothole at speed). If someone really cut your tire, I would have expected them to put a proper hole in the sidewall, not just cut it a bit.
