Aftermarket option for spindle nut bolt?
hello!
I stripped my spindle to upper control arm pinch bolt when I was replacing the SPC ball joint.
now when I look for the part, 10$ for the bolt and 13$ for the freakin nut. I don't understand this pricing scheme. although anything from OEM Nissan/Infiniti has been pretty expensive but this one crosses the limit :/
NISSAN OEM Front Suspension-Knuckle Upper Bolt 40178EG06C
NISSAN OEM Front Suspension-Knuckle Spindle Nut 40262EG000
I need help finding alternative part of an acceptable deal on these parts.
please help!

I don't have an answer for you but if it makes you feel any better I did the exact same thing. But up here in Canada that bolt costs $26.00 plus tax. ( I didn't need the nut)
Or you can try renting a rethreading kit from an auto-parts store (usually for free) to rethread it
or just see if you can get a class 8.8 or 10.9 1.25 pitch nut and bolt of appropriate length (I thinks its an M12) the same auto parts stores that rent the tools for free should have them
