tool or machine for brake fluid exchange

can anyone recommend a good tool and/or machine for easy one person brake fluid change.

Would love to get this done on my G37 in the spring but not paying dealer to do it.

you don't really need that tool... you can replace the fluid without that tool. You only need a hose to connect to the caliper bleeder and a bottle.
Check the video below.

As Blnewt suggested, I highly recommend the Motive Bleeder especially if you are seeking "an easy one person brake fluid change." I also recommend buying the Motive bleeder kit with the optional aluminum adapter cap, especially if you intend to keep your G for a while. The kit with the plastic adapter cap that I originally bought was not airtight. The aluminum cap is very high quality. See the chain below.

+1 for the Motive Power Bleeder. I've had mine for ~10 years and have bleed a number of cars brakes. I didn't know there was a aluminum/metal adapter, the plastic one has worked fine for me. Bled the brakes in the G last Saturday with it
