Finally got full alignment done: still got issues/need opinion.

A bad radial belt will cause a pull, and a vibration.
DONT change the caster as it is now.
Your caster settings say it should pull left if any. But 1/2 degree more on the right is good to overcome road crowns.
Toe is fine.
As a matter of fact DONT change the alignment at all.
