what are these screws for?

questions to all,

what are this screw for? circled in red.
its located on the front struts.

what if it was bent a little, can you still install this back on to the car?
the screw is not bent, it's the "L" shape plate welded to the strut, see attached image.

or, i wasn't sure it was bent or was like that already.

those are my OEM off from my 2011 G37 sport sedan.

This seems to be the stud for the brake line.
Something related to the brake system I would'nt want to bend it.

Wouldn't worry if it's bent a little bit, as long as the tack weld is sound.
