Thanks blnewt.

I will try to answer your questions when i drive back home. when he finished working last night I was more worried about my balancing issue than tracking. so I focused on vibration on higher speeds, he fixed that.

This morning, going to work, my car was pulling right if i would leave my steering. its probably the road, but not fully sure. i will take a longer route to home today and use turnpike (6 lanes highway).

it could be radial pull too.. oh god :/

So after all the hardship, spending time and money, I got this sheet.
my camber in rear will be fixed later when i get my toe bolt slot elongated.

My issue here is, even if I have green front casters, He could not fix that 0.5 degree difference. my car still steers to right even with almost everything in green and 0.0 degree in steer ahead.

Is there something else that's causing that steer to the right or it is the caster?

(Still not happy with my car)

PS: the mechanic really really gave his 100% to me, he was literally working on my car till 10:00 pm. its just my luck this time around.
You asked my advice via PM, my response was to take it somewhere else.

You choose to return to a guy who's obviously struggling.

Your car should be pulling left with those caster specs.

There's no reason he can't make them even, I would take the caster to 6 on both sides.

He worked on the left side, when he should have concentrated on the right.

Does the car pull right when you let go of the wheel, or does it go right when you hold the wheel straight, theres a difference.
If it pulls right with the above specs, I would suspect a tire, cross rotate, the front wheels, and see if it pulls left.
In rare cases, I have see a radial pull originate from the rear tire.

The spec sheets don't show the SAI measurement. That would show me if there are any bent parts in the front end.

Take it somewhere else.

I left my SPC arms in the neutral position and my specs are 5.5 both sides in the front no problems what so ever
