Overall

I am lowered on Swift Springs and have a rear camber kit but no front camber kit.
Any suggestions on spacers, if I get spacers should I also get the camber kit.
Everything looks kind of tucked in after the drop.
If anyone has an x sedan with swifts and spacers I would love to see your set up.
Thanks in advance!

I definitely suggest spacers or new rims. I hate the tucked look. I hadn't planned on getting spacers, but after dropping on swifts, I had to get them. I have 19x8.5 w/ 50 offset rims, so my wheels already stuck out more than your 17x7.5 w/ 45 offset. I put 20mm H&R DRM spacers all around; the DRM means they're adapters, so the spacer attaches to your hub and the spacer has its own studs; therefore, the wheels attach directly to the spacers. While it does have more parts to fail as opposed to DRS which just has a spacer and extended lug bolts, I felt confident with the DRM from H&R. I've never read anything negative or scary stories about the H&R spacers. I've read some horror stories with cheap spacers though. H&R are hubcentric which is what others will tell you to get. The spacers sit on the hub itself rather than putting all the weight on the lug bolts.
I do not have camber kits, so the rear may look different on your car. Lastly, I wish I had gone with 25mm or maybe even 30mm spacers. 30mm may have actually had a bit of poke, but I don't think it would be too bad. Here are some photos. Good luck man and post back when you get the spacers or more appropriately offset wheels.

I have an 11 X lowered on Swifts also. Just got it aligned yesterday and these cars need a camber kit front and rear to get the alignment close to original spec. My front had -1.75 camber and the rear was -1.5 camber after the alignment. I would suggest getting an alignment ASAP if you haven't as the misaligned toe with eat up your tires fast. With so much negative camber the inner edge of your tire is going to wear much faster than the rest. I would suggest getting the alignment+camber kit taken care of before you get spacers. At that point think about wheels and high quality spacers.
I am thinking I am going to go 20mm all the way around.
Do I need to worry about having the wheels re balanced or do I just take the wheel off and install the DRM style spacer, put wheel back on, drive re torque and done?
That sounds too easy.
I would think the DRM would be stronger than the DRS anyways because your not putting all the stress on one bolt. Just an observation.

Do I need to worry about having the wheels re balanced (NO) or do I just take the wheel off and install the DRM style spacer , put wheel back on, drive re torque and done? (YES)
That sounds too easy. (IT IS)
