Anyone installed the KW V1 or V3 by yourself? After installing the coiliovers i test drove the car and i heard this clunking noise and metal grinding noise from the rear side. I put the car on the jack again and took out the rear shock and i remember the top mount that i transferred from the original shock was wobbly. If you see the pictures, there is ~4mm gap between the mount and the metal stick piece. I tightened the nut on the top all the way it still wobbles which i believe where the noise is coming from.. There wasn't any washers in the box.. Do i need to buy a washer and put it in between? or is it normal like that? I spent like 2 hrs for searching for a manual of KW V1 installation but i can't find it anymore.. I found a bunch of BC or other coilover videos but they don't really talk about this gap... and lots of coilovers have the mounts preinstalled ..

It looks like that nut on the top isn't tightened down.

 

yea i figured out that i have to use star head allen wrench to tighten down all the way. After that the squeaking and clunking noise went away.
