20" rims question for Infiniti g37xs

Hey guy, I'm new here bought a 2010 infinit g37xS sedan last year after I sold my range rover. Loving the car so far.... its almost summer time here and found these rims I loved.

20 Inch B19B Rims Tires Accord Altima Maxima Mustang HHR Malibu Cobalt Astra | eBay

So there 20X8.5 with a +35 offset... not going to go staggered I like the normal look better. But the seller was telling me it might not fit because I have the larger brembo brakes but I don't have brembo brakes I have the stock oem calipers and brakes. So just wondering if you fellow g37x guys are running the same rim size with no problem at all?

You're good to go with that sizing and offset. I've seen 20x9 square setups on the sedans.
