The previous owner of the car had spray painted over the gunmetal with an alloy finish. You can see it by the lugnuts on the inside its chipping off. However, its been spray painted with clear coat, i guess it didnt get on the inside near the lugnuts.

Any way to get off the top coat so I can bring it back to factory finish?
