Noob needing advice on tires

Hello fellows, I just bought a 2012 g37 sedan sport pkg ~2 wks ago. Looking to upgrade rims from 18 to 19's. at first I was looking at OEM rims but found a deal for Stern St1 (19x8.5 front 2" lip/9x9.5 rear w/3" lip). the guy I'm getting it from is willing to sell tires 235/40 front and 275/35 rear. I've read multiple thread about rear 275 but what about the front. Will this work w/o issues. I saw most people chose 245's. For entire pkg I can get it ~$850.
Will this work especially since I'll be dropping car in 2 wks (tanabe coilovers)
Also are these tires better than stock 19 tires (found fairly new set for 400). What are ur suggestions

What tires are you going to get w/ this set?
The 235s will be a bit smaller in diameter than the 245s but will be OK if you're RWD rather than the AWD X.
