Question Help Me Decode These Wheel Markings

I am trying to decipher the markings on this wheel. I hope you can help me understand some of the codes. Thank you.

a. Photo 1: ET 40 is an offset of +40 mm. What is the JIL symbol?
b. Photo 2: What is VIA 5x120?
c. Photo 3: What are VIA 5x112 and 5x130?
d. Photo 4: What is M 15 829? What is C 27?
e. Photo 5: 18x8.0 is the rim size. Is P. 114 the bolt pattern? What does the letter J stand for? What are X C and A 16?

f. Photo 6: Do the markings represent a date code, i.e. May or June 2010?

Much appreciated.

I'm guessing its JWL. Japan Light Wheel Alloy found this website when i searched. The website also shows what VIA stands for.
