Akebono BBK on X coupe?

Hey guys quick question. I've got an 09 G37X coupe and it's just about time for new brakes so I really would like to just spend the extra money and upgrade to the Akebono BBK. I do know that it will clear my CV7s so I'm not worried about that but will they clear my stock wheels, just Incase I would ever have to go back? Also has anyone does the Akebono BBK on an X coupe? I would assume the it would be the same setup for a good fit but I'm not positive and I just want to clear everything up before I buy them. This is the kit I'm planning to order Incase anyone needs to see it. Thanks guys!

There's been quite a few X installs so the install itself will be fine. As far as clearing the stock 18" wheels, not sure. Here's a front & rear template that you can use for your stock wheels, I used a cardboard cereal box for the backing and it worked fine. Keep in mind you'll need a spare tire from an S model to clear the brakes as well

Here's the Nissan version (they usually sell for more, not sure why) if you like the Gunmetal finish better.

Pretty sure the stock 18's will not clear without spacers.

Not yet mark. There's a few other things I wanted to do before this. Maybe by next season I will. Do you plan on doing it?

I actually just started. found a great deal on akebono calipers and steel lines. i had it shipped to Chicago for custom powdercoating and decals. all I need now are the rotors, in debate if I should just buy new or wait for a good used set to pop up

I'm running them on an x sedan with no issues other than rims. I had to use spacers to clear a set of stock 18s. I did it sooner than I originally planned or the rims wouldn't have been an issue since I'm going to 19s. It's going to make it more difficult to get them painted etc but the deal I got was too good to pass up.

The S wheels will clear the calipers. If you have the non-S wheels, you'll need spacers, or other wheels. And yes, don't forget about the spare tire too.

So BBK kit are bolt on X with no modification required? Im planning doing this on X sedan in couple of months. I should be ok with my 20" wheels.
