You'd be surprised how many 20" wheels require spacers to clear Akebonos. Before ordering the BBK be sure to check clearance w/ these templates, just paste these templates to thin cardboard and check for clearance.

Yan, I had ONEigthy install my BBK but to my knowledge they didn't have to do any mods, it bolted on just fine. Just needed spacers. Now I'm running 20in Stance SC 5 wheels with no spacers. Hope this helps

I had them do mine too but they did a full swap including lines, rotors etc.

I can try to get pics next time the car is on a lift which will hopefully be soon so I can swap the calipers out. Bought a second set which is out getting painted now then I'll swap them put and sell the current one.

Yan, here is a pic of the BBK with my current setup. Right now I have Stance SC-5 Wheels 20 x 9 in front on 245 tires. Hope this helps. I have more pics if you need them.

Thanks Ryno! BTW, I bought the autokitsx v2 rear diffuser! Should be here in few weeks. It's an Akebono BBK with Stoptech Rotors. I actually ordered them through ONEighty in Brooklyn. They were awesome, great service and really good guys.

Nice looking coupe J, what's that say on your caliper?
BTW, your ride deserves another pic, and you should post a couple in the FAT tire thread

Thanks blnewt! I'll check them out too. What do you think about this kit from CZP? I like it becuase it comes with everything(rotors, pads, lines, and fluid) all for a good price but I'm exactly sure the quality of ecerything.

Should be fine, Centric is the parent company for Stoptech and their entire line is good quality. KNSbrakes is a site vendor, might mention this site or shoot them a PM and see if they can get you a better price for the whole kit too.

Thanks blnewt! I'll definitely post a pic in that thread. It says ACI Dynamix on the calipers. That's the shop in Seymour CT that did the wrap and some of the other accents. We are doing some promos for the shop with the car.

Hey guys so I ended up pulling the trigger on the bbk. I went with Z1 akebono upgrade kit with slotted rotors, pads, ss lines, and fluid. I also had my calipers painted by JP. He does some pretty amazing paint work. Here's a link to the thread he made if you want to check em' out! Custom teal pearl akebono calipers - MyG37
