Offset ??s

Hello I'm new to the forum I had a quick question? I have a 2009 g37 on tien springs and I want to know what offset I should run and if I could do 20x10 all around or 19x10 all around. I have already tried 18x10 all around it and didn't rub but wasn't sure on the offset. Please give me some advice I want stance sc5 or niche wheels?

Fronts might be a little tricky w/ S Techs, a 10" +45 would put you real close to the fender edge and dropped on S Techs your chances of nailing the inner fender are pretty high. You'd probably have to run a stretched front setup, or stretched all around w/ spacers in the back. Here's a thread w/ 9x20 +35 all around w/ 245/35/20s for reference
