4WAS: How to tell you have it

Is there anything that you can look at to tell if you have 4WAS?

Upon looking under all the covers, I've found some hidden damage on the used 2011 G37 I recently bought; and some disconnected wires. They look like they might be associated with 4WAS but I don't know what I'm looking at. Yet.

Regards

I think it will be a LONG TIME before my rear differential looks anything like that!!!

Looks like it was assembled in a clean room, and never driven on normal streets!!!

Thanks and regards

Put it in drive and turn the wheel a full turn. You should be able to see a slight move from the rear wheel.

The pic is not my car, came from b2autodedigns website.

But yes, sometimes the undercarriage needs cleaning and I have done it before. That's the difference between a professional detailer and a dude who washes cars.
