ACE Alloy Convex - Width/Offset

Here's my situation guys.

My current eetup is a 09 Nissan Skyline V36 Sedan with OEM Wheels and Non sport brakes.

My real goal is to swap out the non sport brakes for the Akebonos but in order to do this I need to first get rid of the 17x7.5 +45 wheels currently on it.

I liking this ACE CONVEX WHEEL - D704 WHEELS for BMW WHEEL, NISSAN Z INIFINITE G RIMS, MERCEDES E S C Class WHEELS, CONCAVE WHEELS, custom wheels, stagger wheels, Range Rover

They come in 19 x 8.5 with offsets from 25, 30,35,38 40 and 19 x 10 with offsets of 21,25,32,40,42,45

So my question is what should I get (would prefer non staggered) to get a flush with the fenders and still clear the Akebonos?

Thanks in advance.

Here's a thread w/ those wheels, I helped him w/ the offset but I'm short on time right now so I'll need to look up the wheel specs, he may have posted them in the thread, if not you could shoot him a PM.
