Exclamation Alignment Issue

Hey guys I have my car lowered on tein s-techs with tokico blue struts and installed front and rear camber kits. Now the problem is that after the shop did the alignment my steering wheel is crooked to the left about one inch and it has to stay that way for the car to go straight. I have some rotors in the trunk that i'm waiting to install. would that affect the alignment when they were doing it? The shop told me to drive the car through the weekend and they will try to realign and get the steering wheel back in it's proper place. Any ideas why the wheel is crooked to begin with? When I initially dropped the car (without the camber kits) the steering wheel was fine, then when i added the camber kits and finished the alignment the steering wheel was crooked.

P.S. The alignment specs are perfect. so i'm completely clueless

Thanks!

Two things.

1) Steering wheel is usually centered first, then alignment performed to proper specs

2) It's easy to fake alignment numbers. If you can, best to watch while they're doing it unless it's someone you know/trust (and sadly the two don't go together sometimes).

They just had the wheel crooked when they aligned it, the first thing they are supposed to to is to secure it perfectly straight.. Take it back and they will fix it. No harm should come from driving it that way. My wheel is a little bit crooked in my work car and I never bothered to get ti redone. I will soon.

That's what I thought and they told me that they secured the wheel and did the alignment. But the wheel is pretty crooked. They said they won't charge me when I bring it back in on Monday. I don't know if I should take to the Infiniti dealer that's an hour or so away or just wait to take it to the local place on Monday.

They secured it before alignment. They have to in order to align the wheels. They just didn't secure it perfectly straight. Tech was inattentive or rushing or just plain made a mistake. No need to go anywhere else. At least you know they can get it aligned to spec. Let em fix it.
