Hey everyone, as of two days ago I am the proud new owner of a 2008 G37 Journey Coupe. It truly is the car I've always wanted. The car is in nearly new condition as it only has 26k on it. But I am at that point where the original tires need replacing. I live in Southern California so we dont get much weather other than sun and some occasional rain. I did some research on what other people were riding and it semed like the Hankook V12 were a popular choice. I had decided on them and called the shop to order but he said for only about $30 more per I he could get me into the BFG Comp 2....Anyone know anything about these tires? Anything better I should be looking at? Thanks in advance.

 

The V12's are a very popular inexpensive summer sport tire for G's. Overall a really good bang for the buck. However, the BFG will last a tad longer, is a bit quieter, and works well in wet. The Comp-2 is a bit more practical as a daily driven performance tire.

Highly recommend more so than hankook v12s.
