I personally prefer slightly lower offset on the rear and for that reason I'm running

9.5 front +25
10.5 rear +27
I know this thread is hella old but I'm working on getting my wheels, but my questions is do u have the brembo brakes, with ur set up did it clear ur brakes, tha is in advance...

Keep in mind these were spaced out and was actually a 17/30 offset F&R. With different tires like Hankooks or S. Drives/Nitto Invos etc... This would fit perfectly vs the Falkens that have that stretched looked to them as you can see in the video.

Original offsets were 32/45 and we used 15mm Spacers F&R and sat perfect to me.

All our wheels are made to clear the G37 Akebono brakes. Give me a call at our office if you need any help choosing the right offsets. The G37 in the video above was dropped on coilovers with no camber kits at all. Camber was is not known. Depending on your drop will determine if you should invest in a SPC kit or not. What drop will you plan on doing?

The best offsets would be:

9.5+35-25 for front
10.5+37-32 for rear

19"-20" makes no difference.
Sorry but I'm new to this. Can you explain what the numbers mean? "9.5+35-25 for front"
9.5 is the width of the rim? What is the 2nd part, 35-25?

Second part is offset, which is critical, this is the amount from the center of the wheel in mm. The lower the offset the closer the wheels mount to the center of the wheel, so in short the lower the offset the further your wheel will stick out. Sedan offsets are sunken in more and have offsets in the 30-45 range coupes are out more w/ offsets in the 15-25 range typically.

hello ,Bro Diego , you mean in your wetside your rim is ET32 in the front and ET45 with 15mm thickness space ?

why do not directly use the ET 17 in the Front and 30 in the Rear ?

also what side of tire you prefer ?

Already bought used wheels---will they fit my 09 G37 Sedan?

I found a set of wheels that are stamped LENSO on the inside of the wheels. The actual brand is AXIS. They are offset so the fronts are 8.5Jx20H2 the rears are 9.5Jx20H2. The offset on the 8.5's is _ _ which I assume is 0. The offset for the 9.5's is 20.

From what I have read in this forum, this is not an optimal setup. Since I have already purchased these wheels that were on a G37 Coupe, are there any solutions such as spacers?

Thanks,
COJONES

Unfortunately wheels that fit tight on a coupe will be too aggressive for the sedan, and spacers will make it even more aggressive. Member Chinky Choy has run up to a 9.5 +25 w/ 245 tires front and back but it's a very tight fit, those 9.5 +20 would be 5mm further out. The 8.5 may have zero offset but it might just be that it wasn't stamped, wouldn't really know without measuring or a test fit. Rather than trying to make an overly aggressive set work by pulling fenders running high camber and stretching the tires, I'd just resell the wheels, take the loss on the shipping and get a set that will fit properly. With those wheels on a sedan you'd want offsets in the +30 to +40 range.

38/38 offset on staggered 20s curb checked Concept01 CSM01/CSM-001

08 Journey Premium Coupe owner here. I recently curb rashed my brand new rims and may have overreacted buying a brand new set of4 with my fantasy football 1st place money as the rims don't appear to be that noticeable (probably only me that notices) anyways I should add the 15mm spacers on the front as I'm about an inch from running flush.

Poor thing. Left her out of garage for one night and a snowstorm in Texas? WTF!

Better image of flushness in rear with 38 offset and no spacers (hope this helps someone). Please note I do not have the large brakes on the 08 Journey Coupe Premium. (Not quite sure what Premium pkg is maybe the adaptive cruise control,)

Damaged fronts (curb rash)... DISCOUNT Tire said tire damage was cosmetic only and cut off flappy rubber pcs.(edited for typo)
Picture after initial install (no spacers) before curb checking the 20" Concept One CSM01s (after repeated ly being told they wouldn't fit)

Fronts at 8.5" 20" 38 offset.... Welp I curb checked one side and overreacted by purchasing the same combo deal with 30 offsets in so those will likely require my 1" spacers (15mm). The damage isn't that bad however I overreacted w my fant football winnings and it was either 1 rim at $375 or 4 for twice that price so I bought a 2nd set of 4 since this rim is EOL Better to have a spare anyhow. May powdercoat 1set all black. Image: 10" rears at 38" (near flush) may + spacers for aggression.

Image of 20"x8.5 (38 offset) with no spacers. Just received same rims set but in 30 offset which should make it stick out an additional 5mm. Probably going to add 1" spacers to front and rear when I get new set installed and maybe get these powdercoated all black

Damaged rear bottom 5 spokes.

Would prefer to have 10" concave on front and rear but don't think 10"s in front are doable since the 8.5" are not concave and are just straight.

Tires: Front 255s, Rears 285s

3 months later.... Blown through passenger fronts twice and passenger rears yesterday by hitting a curb. Ugh .... On the bright side I purchased a backup set just in case as they were half priced. However the new fronts are 20" 8.5s ET 30. Rears 10" (concave) ET: 38 The driver side rims haven't hid any curbs yet
. Any possible way to keep the front 20/255/38s and use the 30 offsets on the front without looking dumb. Can I use spacers on just the front rim with 30 offset and leave the rest as is?

Rear rim should be ok. Tire not ok. I have replacement rears (38 offset) but the replacement front option I have was 20\" with 38 offsets and the two extra front rims also mI own are 30 offset.

Rim and tire ruined bc I tried to limp it home last night. Tow truck bringing her home tomorrow so decisions can be made.. Front,,/Passsenger side. Project dechrome, spoiler now on hold

Spare rears.... Wish I could run these up front so they matched my rear rims. 20"/38ET 10". Please tell me these can fit up front as I don't like the fronts as when I initially bought them I was expecting all rims to be concave. Guess we will see what Discount Tire says next week.
