just received a set of 4 tpms from vsc122 (who btw forgets to tell me that 3 of are missing the air pins, no wonder he sold them for only $75), now i'm wondering what else it didn't come with since i've never seen one of these before off the wheels.

also no ring or washer, is that correct?

anyway now to my real question. these are labeled 1 thru 4. which one goes to what wheel?

Position of the sensor does not matter, but the dealer will need the serial numbers so they can program them to your car. We also carry the rebuild kits for them if you are missing parts.

ok. i thought i read somewhere that they had to be in certain wheel...
luckly my new rims came with air valve so i'm able to remove the pin and use it. i'll be trying to re set them as per the diy that's on here.

How long do tpms usually last?

i thought they have battery but i'm told by a mechanic that they don't and that they usually last from 5 - 8 years.
