20x11 +45?

Will a 20x11 +45 work with a 285 tire and no neg camber?

May be switching up my setup, but I need some info from you guys who have pushed the offsets a little.

I'm currently running 20x10.5 + 32 and I love the look, but I don't want to have to do to much fender work, or stretch the hell out of the tires to make this new setup work.

What is the lowest offset that will work with a 285 on a 20x11? Only reason I say 285 is because thats what I currently have and it would save me some $ since the tires are brand new. Would a 285 be stretched? Could I go 295 or 305 with those offsets? I tried search and got little info, maybe someone can chime in and finish the puzzle.

care to explain more, this is the only thread I could find with any good info and pics. Looks like a 19x11 +45 with a 305? What issues did you run into?

11 on 40 offset should be fine. im on 10.5 with 35+ offset, my rear tire is 275 at this moment and i got plenty of room left for wider tire.. ill go with 295 once i need to change my tires..

Check out the stickies yo, playa. There's a wheel offset calculator in the first post. You're welcome.

Betty, I've looked at plenty of calculators, that's why I said I'm pretty sure my math is dead on, I was more so looking for people with real life experience. My other issue is brake clearance, don't want to spend major bank on wheels and then have them not fit. The manufacturer says no, but they are conservative and just recommend not using these wheels & offsets because they are too aggressive.

Sorry I didn't see this thread sooner.

My current set up is:
19x10 +38 275/35/19 -1.0
19x11 +44 305/30/19 -1.9

You can run a +40 with a 285 with the camber in spec. or the +45 with a 305 with slight rubbing on the rear bumper bracket unless you shave it off completely.

Hope that answers your questions, if not, let me know.

Loi

Thanks tis helps a lot, do you have some pics of this setup? Would love to see something similar to what I'm working with. Also would a 305/295 fit on a +40? I have already shaved the bumper bracket so that is no problem, not too concerned about having a wider tire, but don't want my 285s to look stretched on the 11" either.
