Lookin for new rims

Hey guys, I'm getting my 2011 G37xs coupe next Tuesday and I want to change the rims. The car is black on black, tinted and I am also installing my cf rear diffuser next week. Here's the problem, I have a great deal on a new set of Konig Afterburners (black) but I am worried the colored lip is going to "cheapen the car. Any suggestions on a nice rim I can roll with? I thinking of a black rim with a chrome lip and a nice dish. Let me know what you think of the Konigs and post any pics or suggestions please. My budget is around 2g's Thanks!!!!
These are the afterburners.

There is a black sedan that runs those wheels if you want to get an idea on how they look on a G.

There are so many wheels in the $2k range, I would need more details on what you like and if that includes tires. I can't believe I am saying this, but I think the Forgestar wheels are decent deal for a custom wheel (I had a not so great experience with iForged). There are tons of wheels out there in that price range (especially without tires).....

GT30's are the pick for the car.

No doubt, but not everybody has GT-30 money. There seem to be some good used deals, but a decent set with tires should run at least $2500+. I sold my 19" Volk GT-S's for more than this with so/so tires.

I know wheels like Vossen are really popular, but they weigh a ton, and I would save up for something lighter like Volk's if you can. I am as big of a fan of Volk and Advan (my last two sets of wheels), but you don't have to spend $3k to get a sweet set of wheels. That is one reason I brought up Forgestar; they are light and cheap. I also think Enkei and Wedsport have some lighter weight wheels that won't kill you in the process of buying them.

But do you guys think the Konigs would cheapen the look of the car? I'm so undecided...

I think if done right they will look good. Meaning you will at least need to lower the car.

lol, I thought lowering was always implied. Dropping the car 2" on all 4 corners. thniking about ordering the top secret body kit, late in the summer though.

^^Then I think it will work especially with the kit and maybe exhaust at some point.

I posted this in your other thread, but my suggestion would be to save a little more and buy a nicer set of wheels... I think it is a downgrade to replace the stock sport wheels with a set of Konig wheels.
