Question Help with offset and tire size for g37 sedan

Hi, I'm new to this modding thing so any help would be appreciated. I want to get these Volks rims with the following specs: 19x8.5 Front 5x114.3 bolt pattern 35 offset and 19x9.5 Rear 5x114.3 bolt pattern 42 offset. Would those offsets fit without any cambering and spacers? And I want to go with the following tire sizes: 245/40/19 Front and 275/35/19 Rear. Would those tire sizes mess up my speedometer? What about 285/35/19 Rear?

245/35 rear. And 275/30 rear speedometer will be just fine. Offsets are perfect. But u may wanna space outfronts one day. Also if your lowering the car expect ur.camber to be out so u will some suspension work. kinetix makes a kit for our cars about 400$ complete. Tires brand is another story. That im sure can be argued
